A: There is a discount for Affiliated Club Group bookings bookings. Limited seating available. These must be pre-purchased.
Q: Is seating allocated?
A: Only on Saturday. Open seating on the other days.
Q: Can I reserve a seat for Saturday?
A: You can book a seat for Saturday on-line prior to the event or purchase a ticket at the entrance on the day. We suggest you pre-book as we usually sell out.
Q: Is there parking at the venue and do I have to pay extra for this?
A: Yes, parking is available at the venue; there is no extra charge.
Q: How do I get to the venue?
A: SIEC is located west of Sydney just off the M7 Motoway. It is approximately 20 minutes from Penrith; 20/30 minutes from Liverpool; 20 minutes from Parramatta and around 1 hour from the City of Sydney. See attached description for directions. Q: What is the best method of travelling to the venue?
A: Car transport is the best option. The nearest railway station is Rooty Hill (take a taxi from the station); nearest major railway station is Blacktown. There is limited bus transport Westbus link

Q: How can I buy a VIP ticket (Top Spot Marquee) – are children allowed in VIP area?
A: You can download a booking form from the web or we can fax or post. Children are allowed. VIP tickets for children under 12 years is half price (day sessions only); children over 12 years: full price applies.
Q: Do I still need to buy an entry ticket if I get a VIP ticket?
A: No, the VIP ticket includes entry to the venue and parking.
Q: Is there a special dinner on Saturday evening?
A: Yes, tickets for the dinner must be pre-booked (see above on how to make a booking)
Q: Are children allowed at the dinner and what is the price?
A: Yes, they are allowed and must have tickets. There are no discounts for children.
Q: If I buy tickets for dinner, can I sit at the same table as friends?
A: Yes, if you make a note in space provided on booking form; otherwise seating will be allocated by the Organisers.
Q: What time does the dinner start?
A: The VIP dinner area will be open for guests from approx. 6pm. Full information will be sent out with tickets.
Q: If I buy Saturday Evening Dinner tickets, can I come early to watch other competitions?
A: Yes, you can come at any time on that day but you will have access to the Top Spot Marquee only during the evening dinner session.
Q: If I make a booking now and have to cancel my tickets, do I get my money back?
A: No Refunds will only be given for cancellations for VIP/Dinner tickets after date indicated on booking form
Q: I have a special dietary requirement; can you provide special meals in VIP area?
A: Yes, if you make mention of this in space provided on the entry form.
Q: I want to find out when someone in particular is riding?
A: The time draw for most competitions is not done until the day before the competition so we cannot provide this information until late the day before. The time draw will be posted on the web site each evening. The draw for national competitions such as Advanced and first round young horse competitions - see here
Q: Can I stay or camp at the venue?
A: No, accommodation at the venue is restricted to competitors only.
