All bids will be considered from on-line bids and bids submitted at the event.
Lodge your bid on-line by submitting this form or you can lodge you bid at the event. Tender bid forms will be available from the event office, the event merchandise stand located at the entrance to the indoor or complete the form printed in the programme booklet and drop the form in to the event office.
Conditions of Sale and Bidding:
- Bates Saddle of your choice
- Bids close Saturday, 29 April 2023 at 4pm unless the reserve price has been exceeded prior to this time. The Sydney CDI reserves the right to extend the closing time for bids.
- If an acceptable price is not reached at the closing time for bids, and with agreement from Bates, the bidding period may be extended.
- The successful bidder will be contacted by phone and/or email to confirm their winning bid and to make arrangements for payment.
- Each bidder is required to provide some information at the time of registering their bid.
- An invoice will be raised for the winning bid, payable within 7 days and before delivery.
- Delivery costs are to be worn by the winning bidder.
- In the event that the winning bidder does not honour the bid, the prize can roll down to the second-placed bid, assuming it is acceptable to the CDI Organisers and Bates.
